Depts. With the Highest Buy Green Scores

Congratulations to SF Public Library for winning the Buy Green Club of Year Award and $350 of green products at the Blue and Green Awards

Thanks to Roberto Lombardi and the Buy Green Stacks Club that:

  • Attended the Buy Green Ordinance Consultation, OR
  • Bought REQUIRED green products (Martha Neves, Norm Carlota, Darren Brown).

See why they got the highest score.  They changed their Purchasing form to remind all staff it's required  to buy green from SFApproved.org.  They even bought green products that aren't required: microfiber cloths that clean faster, LEDs, reciepts without bisphenol-A (a chemical found in some plastics with the #7 on it).

Get a high score and prizes.

Congratulations to Buy Green Club of the Year Nominees
